The program is designed for individuals who want to learn the basic skills of the barista profession from scratch, without any prior work experience or specialized training. The course provides both hands-on skill training and a comprehensive introduction to coffee theory.

The history of coffee
The development of the coffee industry
An introduction to the process of coffee from bean to cup
Preparation of coffee beverages and addressing all errors in preparation
Familiarization with the basics of Latte Art (pictures on milk foam)
15 academic hours (2-3 days) of practical and theoretical knowledge, lessons, tastings, and consultations

Students who successfully complete assignments during the training and pass the exam at the end will receive a United Coffee Academy certificate. All students who receive training are invited to join the UCA closed group. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to attend various events organized within United Coffee Beans and get acquainted with baristas and behind-the-bar processes.
