Descriptions: apricot, black tea, notes of plum and red berries.
In southern Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region, this washed lot comes from the town of Wete and reflects the “Dhilgee” profile - meaning “blood red” in Oromo. Grown at high altitudes and handpicked with care, the cherries are soaked for 48 hours and dried on African beds for 18-21 days.
The result is a sweet, round cup with red berries and purple fruit. As it cools, notes of plum, apricot, and black tea unfold, revealing a layered and captivating Ethiopian experience.
